Workshops for Teachers

Visiting schools I can advise on:

• Planning: whole school (nursery up to year six), medium term and lesson; the teaching of techniques, building upon strengths already there, and helping identify creative holistic opportunities within topics.

• Classroom organisation for art: accessibility of materials, budgets and recommend key resources, storage, folders and assessment.

• Displays and the learning environment: enhancing and enriching the learning in schools, valuing the children’s work, exhibitions in and out of school, talking about art.

• Run hands-on workshops for teachers in drawing and painting.
